Certificate DSTU (State Standard of Ukraine) ISO 9001:2009
As a result of audit and assessment within 26.05-30.05.2011 by the certification body «PROMELECTRONCERT» LTD. activity of quality management system of the «ТiSO-SERVICE» company, established and implemented in the beginning of the year 2011. (when «ТiSO Service» company has been included into the Corporation «TSM Group»), according to the quality system certification procedure in the UkrSEPRO, « ТiSO-SERVICE» company has obtained a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE according to requirements of the standard DSTU ISO 9001:2009.
The CERTIFICATE of quality management system No. UA 2.061.06051-11 was registered in the UkrSEPRO Certification System on June 1, 2011, and is valid till June 1, 2016. This certificate proves that quality management system of the «ТiSO-SERVICE» company regarding development and production of metal parts for joineries and carpentries, timber and metal articles from glass for building structures, windows and doors including fireproof metal and timber doors, glass articles for building structures, facilities and metal frames as well as rendering services for on-site installation according to applicable Ukrainian normative documents complies with requirements of the standard DSTU ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008).
The CERTIFICATE of quality management system of the «ТiSO-SERVICE» company is a guarantee that the company is able to constantly develop, produce and supply the products complying with requirements of the customer and normative documents, poor quality products are identified in due time and the company continuously takes measures to prevent production and supply of such products, implements actions for improvement of quality management system efficiency, increasing of the customer’s satisfaction by means of studying and analyzing of their needs and requirements.
